This heavy-duty kneader was tailor-made for a leading manufacturer specializing in high-performance silicone sealants and hot melt adhesives (HMA).


Heavy-Duty Gearbox & Motor: Engineered to handle high torque starting loads without compromising the structural integrity of the mixing blades.


High-Vacuum Sealing System: Maintains a reliable vacuum environment down to -0.098Mpa, perfectly eliminating moisture and volatile gases during the kneading process.


Mirror-Polished Stainless Steel (SUS304/SUS316L): All contact parts are mirror-polished to prevent material sticking, ensure easy cleaning, and eliminate contamination risks.

