Optimized Dual-Helix Agitator: Adjusted the ribbon clearance angle to eliminate dead zones, ensuring 99.9% mixing homogeneity within 8-12 minutes per batch.

Reinforced Drive System: Equipped with a high-torque, explosion-proof Siemens motor and a heavy-duty cycloidal reducer to handle high bulk density materials effortlessly.


Pneumatic Flap Valve: Designed a flush-fitting discharge valve to completely eliminate material stagnation at the bottom outlet.

Air-Purged Sealing: Upgraded to an automated air-purging system that keeps fine PVC particles away from the sealing faces.
